You drop off your saree (or book courier pickup) at our Banjara Hills studio 1 to 2 days before your function. We ask for your height and footwear/heel height. Our master drapists pleat the pallu and waist, steam-press the pleats with crease-retention technology, and fold it inside a rigid luxury box. When you need to wear it, you simply tuck in the pre-folded waist and throw over the pallu in under 5 minutes!
Absolutely not. We offer a 100% Zero Fabric Damage Guarantee. We do not use abrasive, rusted, or thick pins. Our artists use ultra-thin surgical-grade micro-pins, pearl-head guards, and silicone backing pads that prevent snagging and tearing even on the most fragile gold zari, chiffon, or tissue silk.
Yes! We provide doorstep and venue service all across Greater Hyderabad, including Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Gachibowli, Madhapur, Kondapur, Secunderabad, Begumpet, and Shamshabad. For bridal clients, we also travel to outstation wedding destinations upon request.
For wedding season dates (especially auspicious Muhurtham mornings between 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM), we strongly suggest booking 3 to 6 weeks in advance to reserve our senior artists. For casual events and pre-pleating, 1 to 2 days prior notice is usually sufficient.
Yes! Our artists are formally trained in all regional heritage drapes, including Tamil Brahmin Iyer & Iyengar Madisar (9-yard), Maharashtrian Nauvari/Kashta, Traditional Bengali Athpourey, Coorgi style, and Gujarati Seedha Pallu.
